Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: underwear, swimwear, accessories, handbags, and sunglasses.
🚚 Exchange Shipping:
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Xuira does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
💳 Refunds:
We do not offer cash or card refunds.
Once your item is received and approved, you will be issued a store credit valid for 6 months from the issue date. This credit can be used in-store or online.
How to Request an Exchange:
1. Contact us via our contact page or DM with your order number and item details.
2. We will confirm if the item is eligible and provide the return address.
3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using your preferred method.
4. Once received and approved, we’ll email you your store credit.
