• Flat rate of $6 on all orders
  
• FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

📨 Delivery Issues:

Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of the postal service, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit.

However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us through the contact form and we will gladly do our best to assist you.

🌍 International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.

Please note that the following items cannot be exchanged or returned: underwear, swimwear, accessories, handbags, and sunglasses.

🚚 Exchange Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Xuira does not provide prepaid shipping labels.

💳 Refunds:

We do not offer cash or card refunds.

Once your item is received and approved, you will be issued a store credit valid for 6 months from the issue date. This credit can be used in-store or online.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Contact us via our contact page or DM with your order number and item details.

2. We will confirm if the item is eligible and provide the return address.

3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it using your preferred method.

4. Once received and approved, we’ll email you your store credit.
